QualiClinic (QC) is a private Hungarian SMO (Site Management Organization) – a company managing clinical trials for pharmaceutical and medical device industry.

The company is based in the heart of Óbuda, operating as a well-equipped, multi-professional private outpatient health care institution.

Our experienced specialists are supported by well-trained and experienced site staff in the professional management of patients enrolled into the clinical studies.

Our activities are focused on site management services for Hungarian and international pharmaceutical companies, medical device developer companies, global CRO-s and other health institutions. Our clients are guaranteed to work with highly qualified site managers and study coordinators who are well experienced in clinical trials.

By consistently following the ICH-GCP and the relevant international and Hungarian guidelines and laws, as well as by strictly adhering to the deadlines, we are trying to win the confidence of our customers.

QC was founded in 2010 and started to work in cooperation with another SMO Cortex Study Center in 2024.

QC is in an exceptional location, available for clients and patients at a charming, easily approachable part of Budapest in a European level environment.

We are reaching our goals by combining medical expertise and clinical trial experience.

The company Quality policy calls for continuous improvement in the company’s Quality management activities and for its business to be conducted according to the following principles:

  • Comply with all applicable directives, laws, guidelines and regulations related to clinical trial management
  • Follow all related standard operation procedures of client and Cortex as applicable
  • Ensure that any client requests for assistance are dealt with promptly and effectively agreed in accordance with the terms and conditions of signed contracts
